In recent years, there have been major changes in the alcohol consumption habits of both young and older residents of the Nordic countries. Today's teens are drinking less, while new older generations drink much more than previous generations of senior citizens. The project Changing Drinking Habits among Young People and Seniors in the Nordic Region has examined the drinking habits of young people aged 14-25, as well as alcohol consumption and elder care.
