A New Jersey man has admitted to raping a toddler after a passerby saw him committing the assault through a bedroom window. Jaime Mauricio Leon, 34, of Bloomfield, pleaded guilty last week to first-degree aggravated sexual assault, and third-degree possession of child pornography, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said Tuesday.
