INFO:
I’m so glad that my friends and I were able to go to the first National Menopause Show together. We’ve been sharing our own perimenopause experiences with one another for about a year and desperately wanted to learn more. We were also happy to see a few desi women at the show, making their health a priority; hopefully, word will spread and we’ll see more next year. If you’re in your 30s or 40s, please take note: you need to learn as much as you can about this climacteric period (a fancy new word I just learned). If you want to decrease your risk for multiple diseases & experience more quality of life in your later years, it’s best to stay one step ahead of this. Did you attend the convention?? If not, hope to see you at next year’s show! @national.menopauseshow For more information on perimenopause & menopause, check out @menopausefoundationcanada Women’s Health | Brain Health | Menopause
