Kris Zocco, currently housed at the Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun on child pornography and drug possession convictions, faces more than 30 years of additional time in prison if convicted on the latest charges. Zocco was the last person to see 27-year-old Kelly Dwyer alive. Security footage showed her entering Zocco's east side apartment building in October 2013 but never leaving.
